California White Sage Bundle for Cleansing and Clearing.

You will receive one Organic Californian White Sage bundle. 

Californian White Sage is a sacred herb which has been used by shamans of indigenous peoples in North America for purification ceremonies. Proven to be antimicrobial, and known for killing airborne bacteria, sage is known for clearing and cleansing spaces, objects and individuals of negativity and unwanted spirits. This beautiful sage is ethically sourced, environmentally friendly and sustainable and provides fair trade.

How to Use:

1. Ensure external windows and doors are open, to allow ventilation and unwanted energies to leave.
2. Hold the sage bundle at a 45 degree angle and ignite one end.
3. Let it burn for a few seconds before blowing the flame out.
4. Gently waft the smoke around your home to clear surrounding energies and invite peace and positivity into the space. 
5. Use a bell, or clapping of hands, to encourage negative energies to disperse. Hold the smoking sage to all corners of your room, including against sizeable objects such as sofas, cupboards etc.
6. When finished, place the sage bundle in a bowl with the ignited tip down. It will  self-extinguish. To lengthen burn time, gently blow on the embers.
